The classic camp knife, based on a Philippine bolo style, with a 10" blade of ATS-34, tapered tang and Micarta scales.

This set shows several of the models of kitchen knives available. You can pick and choose to get the set you want. From the top are the 3" paring, 5" chopper, 9" chef, 5" boning and 3 1/2" little chopper, all in 440C steel with dyed maple burl wood handles and mosaic pins.

I call this the Personal Chef. You need nothing more for slicing a few green onions or a couple cloves of garlic. This one has a 3 1/2" blade of Devin Thomas "quilted" pattern stainless damascus steel with nickel-silver spacer and stabilized Amboyna burl wood handle.

These chef's knives have 9 1/2" blades of CPM S30V steel and feature dyed stabilized madrone and black ash burl wood handles with mosaic pins.

The Nakiri-bocho is a very thin Japanese style vegetable chopper, not to be confused with a cleaver. This one has a 7 1/2" blade of CPM S30V steel with a hand-rubbed satin finish and desert ironwood burl handle.

The custom chef's knife features a 9 1/2" file-worked blade of CPM 3V steel hardened to Rc 62, with bolsters of Chris Marks "hornet's nest" pattern mosaic damascus and handle slabs of stabilized wenge wood with mosaic pins.

Custom maple burl and black palm handle added to a Japanese factory chef's knife.

All knives pictured are examples.  I feel that a knifemaker should serve their customers.  So, I will happily work with you to design your knife the way that you want and with the materials that you desire.
